Second, I will give you a written framework to measure the profitability of your workflow.
Third, I will help you find areas to lower service delivery costs. This is done by finding areas where we can reduce the level of expertise needed and/or where we can automate different parts of the process.
Fourth, I will work with you to develop a business scorecard to measure performance. Your business scorecard is a collection of numbers that tell you how your business is doing. The right numbers signal when to start or stop an activity (or when to speed up or slow down).
