Here’s how monthly coaching works:

• 90-minute session each month – We’ll meet via Zoom to review your progress and tackle any new challenges. Prefer shorter sessions? We can split it into two 45-minute calls.

• Unlimited email access – Reach out between sessions for support and guidance whenever issues come up.

• Custom agenda – Every call is tailored to your current goals, ensuring we stay focused on what matters most.

There’s no long-term commitment. You can cancel anytime if monthly coaching isn’t the right fit for you.
